The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee -- Music and Lyrics by William Finn, Book by Rachel Sheinkin ( adult musical)

A hilarious tale of overachiever's angst chronicling the experience of six adolescent outsiders vying for the spelling bee of a lifetime. The show's Tony award-winning creative team has created the unlikeliest of hit musicals about the unlikeliest of heroes: a quirky yet charming cast of outsiders for whom a spelling bee is the one place where they can stand out and fit in at the same time.


Evenings: February 16, 17, 18, 23, 24, 25 at 8pm
Matinees: February 19 and 26 at 3pm
Tickets can be purchased beginning January 17, 2012. Tickets -- $15.00 in advance at the Bank of the Arts Office. $18.00 at the door.
